Malin Strasding
Dr. med. dent. Malin Strasding studied dental medicine at the University of Freiburg, Germany, and the University of Sevilla, Spain. In 2013 she received her degree in dental medicine and in 2015 her doctoral degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Freiburg. From 2014 – 2016, she worked as an assistant dentist in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry in Freiburg. Since September 2016, Dr. Strasding has been a senior lecturer in the Division of Fixed Prosthodontics and Biomaterials at the University of Geneva. As a course instructor, she is responsible for the clinical and theoretical education of students and the supervision of the assistant dentists as well as post-graduate students. Her main research focus is on digital techniques and new materials in implant dentistry and prosthodontics. Dr. Strasding is a Specialist in Reconstructive Dentistry (SSRD & DGPro) and specialized in oral implantology (DGI Curriculum Implantology). She is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Prosthodontics (IJP). Dr. Strasding gives lectures on a national and international level, is an ITI Fellow and ITI Speaker and is a certified Trios trainer for 3Shape.
