Vivianne Chappuis
Prof. Dr. med. dent. Vivianne Chappuis is an Associate Professor and board-certified Oral Surgeon at the Department of Oral Surgery and Stomatology at the University of Bern. She completed a two-year research fellowship at Harvard University (2009 to 2011) focusing on the molecular mechanisms of bone biology and regeneration. Her research is in the field of translational research related to bone and soft tissue regeneration, digital 3D computational biology, and esthetic dental implant rehabilitations. In 2018, she received the André Schroeder Research Prize for Clinical Research and a second time in 2019 for her study in Preclinical Research. She earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Entrepreneurship and a Diploma as Business Economist in Change & New Business Management.
