Nadja Naenni
PD Dr. med. dent. Nadja Naenni graduated with a Master in Dental Medicine from the Center of Dental Medicine, University of Zurich, Switzerland in 2004 and received the "doctor medicinae dentium" (Dr. med. dent.) from the same university in 2005. After a 6-year period as a full-time associate in two private practices, she completed the 3-year post-graduate training at the Clinic of Reconstructive Dentistry, University of Zurich (2011-2013) under Prof. Christoph Hämmerle, which led to the title of 'Specialist of Reconstructive Dentistry' from the Swiss Society of Reconstructive Dentistry (2015). She received a Master in Oral Implantology (MAS) from the University of Zurich in 2019. In 2021, she was awarded the ‘Venia Legendi’ (PD) by the University of Zurich. Since 2013, she has been a full-time faculty member at the Clinic of Reconstructive Dentistry, headed by Prof. Ronald Jung. In 2017, she spent one year in Malmö and Gothenburg as a guest researcher (Prof Ann Wennerberg). Nadja Naenni is the Head of the Academic Unit and Director of the post-graduate program at the Clinic for Reconstructive Dentistry. Her clinical focus is on the treatment of complex and esthetic cases using all aspects of reconstructive and implant dentistry. She is a senior member of the interdisciplinary team for peri-implantitis at the Center of Dental Medicine which focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of peri-implant diseases. Her scientific interests lie in prosthodontics, implant dentistry and regenerative procedures.
