Dieter D. Bosshardt
Associate Professor and Head of the Robert K. Schenk Laboratory of Oral Histology at the School of Dental Medicine of the University of Bern. His main scientific interests and activities include tooth development, in particular cementogenesis, periodontal and bone regeneration as well as healing and tissue integration of dental implants and other biomaterials like bone substitutes and barrier membranes. Dieter Bosshardt has been an ITI Fellow since 2007, was a member of the ITI Research Committee from 2007 to 2016, and is an ITI speaker. He is author/co-author of more than 210 publications and book chapters.
