Alvin Yeo

Dr. Alvin Yeo graduated in Periodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA in 2003 with a Certificate in Periodontics and a Masters of Science (MS) degree in oral biology. He was conferred a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Groningen, Netherlands in March 2010. Dr. Yeo is currently working as an Associate Professor and Consultant at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and National University Hospital Singapore (NUHS), respectively. He assumes the position of Director of the Postgraduate Residency Program in the Department of Periodontics at the National University of Singapore. In addition, he is currently a member of the Dental Specialist Accreditation Board (DSAB) in Periodontics. Dr. Yeo is a founding member of the ITI Section South East Asia (SEA) and was a member of the Section Leadership Team as the Education Delegate from 2011–2015 and as Chair from 2016–2019.
